The TrueWeight History Assessment site was created as a pre-launch experience for Saxenda (a precursor to Ozempic), helping patients see their weight journey from a new perspective. Using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, users mapped decades of weight changes and approaches they had tried, revealing patterns that could otherwise be difficult to recognize.
The personalized report turned that history into useful conversation starters for doctor visits, helping patients discuss treatment options with greater context and confidence as Novo Nordisk prepared to introduce a new class of weight-management treatment.
